Thank you for booking with Crowned by Grace. Please review the policies below, as they apply to your appointment:

Arrival & Late Policy
• Please arrive on time.
• After 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit forfeited.
• No call / no show will result in a $25 fee added to your next appointment and full payment due for your next appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Cancellations or changes must be made 48 hours in advance.
• Deposits are non‑refundable and non‑transferable.
• Late cancellations may result in additional fees.

Children Policy
• No children allowed unless they are being serviced.

Health & Safety
• Please disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or scalp conditions before your service.
